Much of the unhappiness and insecurity in the world today is based on our limited perception of ourselves, otherwise known as our ego or self-image. Our self-image can change depending on what people say, the situations around us and the problems we face. Building a false persona may feel like a quick solution to a problem but that only causes long term damage for the self and others.
The True Self on the other hand operates on a firm foundation of our innate core values and qualities. It removes any need for falsehood and deception. But what exactly, is the true self. Join us as we unravel and explore this together.
