As the year draws to a close, we warmly invite you to join us for a peaceful and reflective evening of meditation at Bradford Inner Space. 

The transition from one year to the next offers a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect and appriciate the experiences, challenges and lessons that have shared our journey.  For some, it makes the beginning of something new, for others, it signifies the gentle completion of a chapter.  Wherever you find yourself, this evening provides a space to reconnect with your inner peace and look ahead with clarity, purpose and positivity.

Experience the calming blend of soft music, moments of silence and guided meditation commentaries, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity and renwal.  Allow yourself time to slow down, let go of the past and embrace the possibilities of the year ahead.

Light refreshments will be served following the event.
