Where's the fine line between assertiveness and aggression?
Assertiveness is the ability to communicate how we feel and what we need in a calm, clear, and open manner. When emotion clouds our vision and something triggers a reaction, it is all too easy to lose our inner calm and cross the line into aggression.
In this talk, Ruth Liddle explores skills and beliefs that help build and maintain calm, respectful interactions.
