Fear is often no more than an over-active imagination. Yet when it occupies my mind it deceives me. It separates me from my inner wisdom, blocks my reasoning and makes me feel insecure. Over time, my confidence, relationships and wellbeing can be adversely affected.
The good news is that the impact of fear lessens when we understand what is going on in our mind. With the right focus and attention, we can change troublesome thoughts, move ahead with more clarity and confidence, and change our experience to something positive and powerful.
