Theme: Taming My Inner Shrew
We all have an "inner shrew" - that part of us that can become impatient, critical, reactive or controlling when things don't go the way we want. But what if, rather than trying to silence or suppress this part of ourselves, we learn to understand it, transform it and respond from a place of peace?
In this retreat, we will explore the journey of taming our inner shrew through awareness, self respect and spiritual wisdom. How can we catch ourselves before our words become sharp? How can we move from reaction to response, from irritation to understanding, and from control to acceptance?
Drawing on the wisdom and practices of Raja Yoga Meditation, we'll discover that the most powerful way to change is not through force, but through love, peace and understanding.
