Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, self-critical or disconnected from our inner calm. This retreat offers the opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming and compassionate environment.
Through gentle wellbeing practices inspired by Raja Yoga meditation, practical tools for everyday life, and meaningful shared experiences, you'll discover simple yet effective ways to manage stress, build resilience, boost confidence and cultivating greater inner balance.
Whether you attended our previous event or are joining us for the first time, come and enjoy an afternoon of self-discovery, learning and renewal as we explore how to care for our mind, body and spirit with greater kindness and awareness.
