The way we see ourselves has a powerful influence on the way we see others. Yet our vision can easily become coloured by expectations, past experiences, labels and the roles we play.
This talk explores what happens when we step back and look a little deeper — beyond behaviour and personality to a more essential sense of who we are.
Can a change in perspective help us to see the best in others without ignoring their imperfections? And could seeing differently be one of the simplest ways to bring greater understanding, freedom and ease into our relationships?
Speaker Sarah FitzGerald
Sarah FitzGerald, originally from Cambridge, UK, spent eight years working as a design consultant in London. Her interest in spirituality began in 2009, when she moved to Southeast Asia to teach languages. While living in Cambodia, she discovered the Brahma Kumaris, an experience that sparked a deeper interest in meditation.
She later returned to Cambridge to continue her career in teaching, while also dedicating time to deepening her understanding and practice of Raja Yoga.
