Although you'll find lots of information about Inner Space on our website, an Open Day is a great way to get a feel for what our services are really like.
Whether you've attended our online events or seen our postings on social media, this is your chance to talk to us and see for yourself our facilities and get a feel for where you could be learning more about yourself.
Either way we don't want you to miss out on seeing what Bradford Inner Space has to offer.
Join us this weekend and visit our stalls for Positive Thinking, Raja Yoga Meditation, Self Esteem & Understanding Anger. There will also be opportunities for you to explore our vegetarian stands, how to be eco-friendly as well as take part in activities designed for the whole family to enjoy. Light refreshments will also be available.
Throughout the day there will also be taster sessions of some of the courses we will be running at Inner Space.
Registration not required. All provided free of charge. Just pop along when you can.
