Raja Yoga meditation is an open-eyed technique that can be used by anyone, anywhere - whilst you commute or at your desk, as well as at home.
Whether you want to learn how to relax, need to be more concentrated and creative or are searching for personal enlightenment, then this course is for you. Like any skill, meditation requires practice. By doing a little every day, it soon becomes a natural and easy habit.

Facilitator: Nirmala Ragbir-Day is a health economist by profession and is employed as a Spiritual Care Training Coordinator, at the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust. She is a member of the Pastoral and Spiritual Care team and delivers training to staff, service users and carers of the Trust. Her talks, workshops, seminars and retreat evolve around spirituality in healthcare, mindfulness and self compassion.
